Thanksgiving Dinner a la Sara
Schedule to serve dinner at 1:30 PM with a 13 lb turkey
8:30 make stuffing according to package
prepare turkey
remove organs and neck stuffed inside of turkey
rub it with season salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, sage, onion powder
stuff it with stuffing
put extra stuffing in green covered casserole dish
9:00 put turkey in upper oven at 325 F for 4 hours
make cranberry sauce
ingredients
2 lb pkg fresh cranberries
2 cups sugar
2 cups water
directions
boil until they pop
put in covered bowl
put in fridge after cool
make dinner roll dough or take premade dough out of fridge
make turkey broth for casserole stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy

2 or 4 cups water
bullion
cloves
sage
Italian seasoning
Mrs. Dash vegetable seasoning
allspice
whole peppercorns
bay leaf
directions
brown veggies in oil in big pot
add water and simmer
make pecan pie
make half recipe of berry pie crust, use it for bottom -- no top
Google pecan pie recipe and make filling
bake in lower oven at 350 F for ~40 minutes - set timer
11:30 form dinner rolls, then cover them
set table
prep Brussels sprouts
12:00 bake sweet potato in upper oven
add some turkey broth to casserole stuffing and put it in to upper oven
make Megan mashed potatoes with turkey broth added
1:00 take out turkey
bake dinner rolls
steam Brussels sprouts
make gravy - turkey drippings, flour, turkey broth
1:30 serve dinner
later serve dessert - pecan pie, vanilla plant-based ice cream, whipped cream, decaf coffee
