Nut Bars a la Michael

1/2 C honey
2 t vanilla
2 t cinnamon
1/2 C peanut butter
1 C walnuts, chopped
1/2 C almonds, chopped
1 C sunflower seeds
1/2 C flaxseed meal
1/2 C almond milk
3 C oats

Bake at 225 degrees for 45 minutes.
