Steamed Vegetables
Choose vegetable:
Asparagus
Broccoli
Brussels sprouts
Cauliflower
Green beans
Fresh peas
Put about an inch of water in the bottom of a steamer pot. Put in steamer and vegetables. Boil water and cook until al dente. Drain water then put steamed veggies in to bottom of pot. Add extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
