Braised Brussels Sprouts a la Heritage House
Ingredients:
~ 2 dozen Brussels Sprouts, stemmed and cut in hald
1 t salt
1 small onion
Canola oil
2 cloves garlic
1 t balsamic vinegar
1/4 lemon juice
1/4 t black pepper
Steam Brussels sprouts al dente. Saute onions in oil until carmelized. Add rest of ingredients and saute for a few minutes.
