Pizza
Crust options:
a.) follow instructions for pizza dough in Dinner Bread recipe
b.) use whole wheat naan bread
In a classic Cuisinart, make Cashew Cheese substitute (see recipe under Other) and add marinara or pesto sauce. Blend until thick and sticky to hold toppings on to the crust. Spread on to crust.
Select a protein: cannellini beans, kidney beans or Beyond Meat Beyond Sausage. If beans, chop them. If Beyond Sausage saute them. Put on top of sauce on crust.
Press garlic on to pizza.
Chop spinach in to 1/2” squares and put on top of pizza.
Slice the following toppings paper thin and place on top of pizza:
Red onions
Bell peppers
Mushrooms
Top with sliced black or Kalamata olives.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the bread is slightly browning.
Toppings to put on afterwards:
Parmesan cheese
Red peppers crushed or sauce
