Serial Port Setup

Plug in Keyspan USB to serial adapter
Go to Device Manager, COM and LPT ports, Keyspan USB to serial adapter 
   Properties
      Baud Rate 19200
      Data 8 bit
      Parity none
      Stop 1 bit
      Flow Control Xon/Xoff
   Advanced
      Port number COM1


Charger Programming

Install Brusa Charge Star, chst304e.exe
Launch Charge Star
   Connect to charger
   Read profile from charger
   Set stage 1: battery capacity filling
      Nominal pack voltage 153.6 >> 140.8 with 11 modules
      Max mains 25A
      NLG operating mode Auto
      Shut off immediately if
         Voltage >185V -- 175V caused errors, maybe it could be lower than 185V?
         Ah > 120
         Charge time >22h 
      I phase 25 amps (constant current)
      U phase 175V (constant voltage)
         >> 170V now that cells aren't as balanced; 175V turns red on 120V due to unbalanced cells
         >> 155V now that module 12 is dead and removed
      Switch to Stage 2 when below 2 amps
   Set stage 2: cell balancing
      I phase 1 amp (constant current)
      U phase 175V (constant voltage)
         >> 170V now that cells aren't as balanced; 175V turns red on 120V due to unbalanced cells
         >> 155V now that module 12 is dead and removed      
      Switch to Stage 3 when greater than 720 minutes (12 hours)
   Set stage 2 to 0 amps, 0 V    
   Write profile to charger
   Disconnect from charger


Charger Monitoring

Install TeraTerm
Launch TeraTerm
   New Connection: Serial COM1
   Setup, Serial Port; same parameters as in serial port setup above
   Control, Reset Terminal
   Enter; "Login:" prompt comes up
   Type "monitor" and press enter
   Voltages, currents and temperatures show and get updated every few seconds
